Our next step is to advocate to Provincial vital statistics registries and the Federal Government to implement changes to policy and technology so that Indigenous folks can be better supported in their important efforts to reclaim their traditional names.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Alongside some big wigs w\/ our humble feather cap project. <br><br>Thanks to nominators, many of whom were in the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/cdnimm?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#cdnimm<\/a> bar.
