通过IRCC的永久居民确认Portal，您可在加拿大境内完成永久居民身份确认。在该Portal中，您需确认身处加拿大境内，提供邮寄地址及照片，随后将收到电子版永久居民确认函（eCOPR）作为身份证明。移民局签发电子确认函后，即完成登陆程序：您自确认函所示日期起即为永久居民，实体永久居民卡将邮寄至您提供的加拿大地址，无需进行 “flagpoling”、边境探访或面谈。
永久居民卡寄达前的旅行须知（重要）
永久居民若需搭乘商业交通工具（飞机、火车、巴士或船只）返回加拿大，必须出示有效永久居民卡或永久居民旅行证（PRTD）。仅凭电子永久居民确认函无法入境加拿大。
若电子COPR信息有误
若发现姓名、出生日期等信息有误，可通过IRCC运营支持中心申请修改COPR/eCOPR。
